elie saab fall 2009 haute couture
Couture Fashion Week is already in full swing. I've been wading through the shows slowly in an effort to catch my breath but it seems that each show is better than the next. Already, Elie Saab has proven that color is hardly a consideration when it comes to fashion. The collection consisted of 46 all-white looks, each with more detail than before. The gowns give a whole new meaning to the word appliqué with hardly a patch of fabric left untouched. It's impossible to say which look is my favorite but perhaps you have one? A bride would be lucky to wear any one of these.

The first dress is TO. DIE. FOR. Oh my. I love them both, but would kick puppies for the first one.

oh my goodness. These dresses are gorgeous! (although I find myself distracted in a not-so-good way with the odd eye make up...)
